lost love again, another romance has
slipped away
He’s left and there’s no way to know just where he’s gone
How could this happen again? When will she find true love?
A melancholy blue now fills her life’s song
This is not how she was destined to live
Seeking after momentary loves, a pursuit of endless goals
There is only one who can completely satisfy
He alone can fill the God shaped vacuum in our souls
A late night again, working well into the evening
It’s another meal missed with the family
He says, “I know it’s happened again, but sacrifices must be made
I need this to get ahead, just wait and see.”
